Tickets bought online must be collected at any Computicket outlet (including stores noted above) with the credit card used for payment. Home printing of tickets are not valid, the actual ticket needs to be collected. Collections can be done prior to the event at Computicket outlets or at the event where a Computicket Box Office will be on site.

TICKETS BOUGHT AT THE VENUE

A Computicket Box Office will be at the venue ( CTICC 2 ) for ticket sales and collections of tickets bought online. The box office will be open from 9am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Whether you pre-bought tickets online, or buy tickets at the venue, all attendees will join the same queue to receive a wristband to enter the hall. 

The wristband must be worn throughout the show, which will allow attendees access in and out of the venue.
